Malted grains provide the fermentable sugars that are required to make beer and to make beer taste sweeter. The process of malting converts insoluble starch to soluble starch, reduces the complex proteins, generates nutrients for yeast development, and develops enzymes. 

Grains can be milled at no charge. Just let us know what you'd prefer.
