Contains correct levels of trace minerals to stimulate and overcome sluggish fermentations (particularly in high gravity brewing). It also improves drinkability ratings of beer and reduces time taken to reach required diacetyl levels. Also provides nucleation sites which aid in the removal of excess CO2 formed during fermentation process, reducing its inhibitory effect and further stimulating the fermentation process.

Dosage: 3-4g per 100L into wort 10 minutes prior to end of boil.
