This is how it will work: once you have browsed the shop and decided on your purchase you will have to check out. You will then have a few options for delivery or collection. Pick the one that best suits you, if you are local you can collect, if you would like to organise your own courier and have them collect then the amounts will stay the same.


For all orders we accept EFT payments only. EFT is the safest way to process the payment and we will ship your order once we have received a proof of payment from you. Shipping will only occur on Wednesdays and we will send you the tracking number once the collections are picked up by the courier company.

Collections will be from our sister-business, The Blind Pig, in Wilderness. You will need to have your proof of payment and purchase details with you when collecting. Collections will be done on Tuesdays between the hours of 11am and 6pm. If you cannot make this, please email us make alternative arrangements.

Bank Account Details

The bank account details is on our shop pages as you check out.


For deliveries in the Garden Route (Mossel Bay to Knysna, including Oudtshoorn) there is a standard rate of R150, you can include this option when you check out and do the payment immediately.

For deliveries outside of the Garden Route, we will charge you a set rate of R250, unless the delivery is over 25kgs. If this is the case we will contact you once the order has been placed and give you the new quote directly.

Once collection has occured, you should get your package within 2-5 working days. We will send you the tracking details of the package.
