Weyermann Abbey Malt is a quality German barley with a high degree of modification of both proteins and starches. Low beta-glucan values, with high malt aromatics. Gives a deep-amber to red-brown colour, maltiness, body and mouthfeel to finished beers. Also promotes flavour stability with an intense malt aroma with notes of honey, nuts and chocolate.
